Forward Intelligence

We build autonomous systems that run a company's work.

Forward Intelligence is an AI company with one mission: deploy autonomous AI systems into companies all over the world.

We build Openrun, the operating system those systems run on. And we deploy it: first into our own publications, now into the go-to-market operations of fast-growing companies. You see outcomes, not operations.

02 The thesis

The next great company sells the work, not the software.

For every dollar companies spend on software they spend about six on services: the people who do the work. A copilot sells the tool and competes with every better model that ships. An autopilot sells the work, and every better model makes it faster, cheaper and stronger.

So we do not sell software to marketing teams. We sell the marketing: researched, written, distributed and measured, produced by agents on Openrun and operated by us to completion.

The other half of the thesis is who this is for. AI turns one ambitious operator into the manager of a parallel team. That team still needs architecture, context, supervision and standards. We are the company that provides them, so the next great company can have one employee and never one worker.

03 The product

Openrun. The operating system for AI agents.

Everything we deploy runs on Openrun: specialist agents with real tools, a manager that plans and routes their work, review gates on anything consequential, memory that compounds, versioned deployments, and the operations layer that keeps a fleet working at 3 a.m.

Fixed once. Fixed for every fleet.

Agents run as versioned deployments, not one-off scripts per client. Harden a workflow for one company tonight and every company on that version wakes up with the fix. A bad version rolls back like software, because it is software.

Nothing ships unverified

Quotes are checked against the tape, claims against the source, spend against the budget. Work that fails comes back to the agent that made it. You never review a draft to catch a mistake.

Every token where it earns its keep

Classification and formatting go to fast, cheap models. Judgment, writing and verification go to the strongest. Every run is metered to the cent and a cost guard kills runaway loops.

Openrun is also available on its own: anyone can open a workspace, install the same agents and put them to work. Forward Intelligence is for companies that want the outcome, not the instrument.

04 Deployments

We deploy go-to-market desks into your company and run them to completion.

Not "AI transformation". Not a platform your team will never finish implementing. Specific desks, each one a working business function with its own agents, its own rules and its own scoreboard. Five companies per quarter.

Desk 01In every feed that matters, every single day

Agents learn your founders' voices from past posts, calls and writing, then produce daily LinkedIn and X posts built from your ideas, articles and podcast material: threads, chart posts from real data, one-page takeaways, clips cut from long videos. Replies to comments are drafted for you. What performs feeds back into what gets written next.

socials desk — daily posting on both platforms · chart posts & composite thumbnails · one-pagers · video clips · community replies · trend scans of your watched sources

Desk 02Be the answer your market gets, on Google and inside ChatGPT

A newsletter and blog on your niche, researched from sources you choose, claims and quotes verified, published on your schedule. Then GEO: we track whether ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity cite you when your buyers ask, and engineer the content that gets you into the answer.

editorial desk — newsletter & blog issues · quote & claim verification · LLM visibility tracking across providers · GEO content (FAQ, comparison, explainer) · SEO-indexed archive · your voice, learned from your writing

Desk 03Your next customer hears from you firstin pilot

Agents research the customers and partners you should be talking to and write outreach personal enough to get answered. Replies are triaged into your inbox and calendar. Outbound touches your reputation, so this desk runs behind the strictest gates we build: every send is reviewed until you decide otherwise.

outbound desk — prospect & partner research · personalized sequences · reviewed sends · reply triage to inbox and calendar · partnership and sponsorship applications

Desk 04Ship the launch the day engineering ships

Landing pages, calculators and internal tools built from a one-line brief and published to your site. Changelogs, announcements and enablement drafted when the release lands, not three weeks later. Every release becomes posts, articles and outbound angles for the other desks automatically.

product desk — apps and pages from a brief, with live preview · launch assets · release-to-content handoff into desks 01 to 03

Desk 05A desk we haven't built yet

Research, monitoring, support, finance ops: if agents can do the work, we can run the agents. Every desk above started as one request. Tell us what yours is.

How a deployment works

4.1

GTM audit
two weeks

We map your go-to-market motion end to end: which desks return the most hours and pipeline, what agents must never touch, and the build order. The audit stands alone. You keep the map whether or not we proceed.

4.2

First desk live
four to six weeks

One desk, production grade: agents built for your company, your voice and standards in memory, your tools connected, review gates set where you want them, your team trained on the board. It runs live in your business. Not a pilot.

4.3

Operations
monthly

We run the desk: monitoring, exception handling, weekly improvement, model upgrades, and a monthly scoreboard of hours returned and output shipped. Expansion is one desk at a time, as each one earns it.

Day to day

4.4

Ask

"Newsletter on the Figma IPO." "Reach out to these 40 CTOs." "A pricing calculator for the new plan." One line, in Slack or on your Openrun board. Unlimited requests, any desk.

4.5

Queue

Each desk works one request at a time, in the order you set. Reprioritize by dragging. Daily work, the newsletter and the posts, never waits on the queue.

4.6

Done

Work ships when it passes verification: published, sent, scheduled. You get the morning report with everything that went out, and a review gate on anything you would rather see first.

The watch, in practice

Every intervention your team never had to make, logged on Openrun. This is what you are paying for, and what a demo will never show you.

7 months
of 24/7 fleet operations
75+
production releases shipped
100%

06 Deployment zero

Our publications were the first company run on Openrun.

Before Forward Intelligence deployed a single desk for a client, it ran its own. Every issue is researched, verified and drafted by the fleet, with the founder as editor. Readers could not tell. The publications are where every desk is proven before it reaches you.

Who's behind this

Guillermo Flor, founder of Forward Intelligence San Francisco
"I ran hundreds of agents for my own company before this firm existed. The agents were never the hard part — keeping them working was. I built Openrun to do that job, and Forward Intelligence so you never have to."

Founder. Writes Product Market Fit and AI Market Fit, both produced by the same Openrun fleet Forward Intelligence deploys for clients.

Deployment zero was us. The next ones are not.

Every company will run AI. Someone has to run it well. If you run a company and want your version of this, tell us in one line what you would automate first.
